The customer has a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of purchase to cancel their order and return the product for any reason, regardless of the product’s condition or functionality. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Holdex.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund or provide the necessary resolution as per the return policy and warranty terms.
